List Building Service of 1K Advisor

Clients Background:
The client wanted a list of advisors for his company. He provided us with a website link and 50 targeted locations. Our job was to gather the advisors’ data from the site based on those locations and organize it in an Excel sheet.
Requirements:
The client wanted a structured dataset with the following fields:
- Advisor Profile Link
- Full Name
- Designation
- Company Name
- Website URL
- Areas of Concentration
- Address
Challenges:
Some profiles had incomplete information, so we had to manually search for that data and fill in missing values. Besides, filtering data from a large data set was time-consuming and required precision.
Our Approach:Â
We used a combination of manual data collection and automation side by side. We also integrated a validation process to cross-check and clean incomplete data. We also added filtering techniques to ensure relevant leads were added to the list. Then, we organized it in an Excel sheet.
Overcoming Challenges:Â
Despite too many inconsistencies, we didn’t give up. We manually searched for every missing value and ensured they were filled. And completed the project before deadline.
Conclusion:
The client was very happy with the database. He gave us a 5-star review, and soon, we will be working on his upcoming project.
